Zhanjiang Donghai Island Public Pipeline Corridor Project, the main corridor is about 28.5km long and 9m wide with three-layer II-type pipe racks. The pipe racks cross the road with steel truss structures. Our company adopted template customization and replication batch production technology for this project. By optimizing welding process parameters and adopting multi-layer multi-pass welding and other methods, the efficiency was improved by 50%. The component size was accurately controlled and the error was controlled within a very small range, ensuring the smooth installation of complex steel structures. It has been recognized by customers.
