1. Project consultation and order acceptance
Demand communication: In-depth communication with customers to understand key information such as project type, scale, functional requirements, budget and construction period requirements. For example, if you know that the customer wants to build a steel structure factory, you need to clarify its area, height, span and other parameters.
Site survey: If there is on-site installation, conduct on-site inspections of the construction site and evaluate the site conditions, including topography, geological conditions, surrounding environment, etc., to prepare for subsequent design and construction.
Contract signing: After reaching an agreement with the customer on service content, price, payment method, quality standards, and liability for breach of contract, sign a contract.
2. Design and in-depth design
Scheme design: According to customer needs and survey results, design steel structure schemes, including overall layout, structural selection, component specifications, etc., and provide customers with design drawings and relevant technical specifications.
In-depth design: Refine the preliminary design to the size, connection method, hole location, etc. of each component, and generate detailed processing drawings to guide production.
3. Raw material procurement
Material selection: According to design requirements, select suitable steel, including steel type, specification, quality grade, etc. For example, for structures that bear large loads, choose high-strength Q345 steel.
Procurement: Purchase steel from reliable suppliers to ensure that the material quality is qualified and the supply is timely. At the same time, purchase auxiliary materials such as welding materials and coating materials.
4. Steel pretreatment
Correction: Eliminate the deformation of steel during transportation and storage through mechanical or flame correction methods, so that the flatness and straightness of the steel meet the requirements.
Surface treatment: Use processes such as shot blasting or sand blasting to clean rust, oil stains and other impurities on the surface of steel, improve the surface quality of steel, and prepare for subsequent painting and welding.
5. Processing and production
Cutting and cutting: According to the drawing size, use flame cutting, plasma cutting or laser cutting to cut the steel into the required part shape.
Part processing: Including drilling, milling, planing and other processes to make the parts reach the size and accuracy required by the design. For example, drill bolt holes on the components and mill the edges of the parts.
Assembly welding: Assemble the processed parts into components on the assembly platform, and then use manual arc welding, gas shielded welding and other welding processes to weld the parts into integral components. After welding is completed, the weld is inspected to ensure the welding quality.
Component correction and finishing: Correct the components that are deformed by welding so that the shape and size of the components meet the requirements. At the same time, grind and trim the surface of the components to remove welding spatter, burrs, etc.
6. Quality inspection
Self-inspection: During the processing, the operator conducts quality inspections on the parts and components processed by themselves to find and correct problems in time.
Special inspection: Professional quality inspection personnel conduct a comprehensive inspection of the finished components, including dimensional accuracy, appearance quality, welding quality, coating quality, etc., to ensure that the components meet the quality standards.
7. Painting and packaging
Painting and anti-rust: Primer, intermediate paint and topcoat are applied to the components that have passed the inspection to play a role in rust prevention and decoration. During the painting process, the coating thickness and uniformity must be controlled.
Packaging and labeling: Use protective materials to package the components to prevent damage during transportation and storage. At the same time, mark the component number, specification, weight and other information on the package to facilitate transportation and installation.
8. Transportation and delivery
Transportation arrangement: According to the size, weight and quantity of the components, choose the appropriate transportation method, such as road transportation, rail transportation or water transportation. During transportation, ensure the safety and integrity of the components.
Delivery acceptance: Transport the components to the construction site and conduct delivery acceptance with the customer or construction party to confirm that the quantity and quality of the components meet the requirements.
